FSSL may periodically update this Privacy Policy. If so, FSSL will post the updated Privacy Policy on its corporate website (www.forzasecure.com). FSSL encourages you to review this Privacy Policy from time to time for any changes. Where major changes are effected, registered active users will be notified via email.

What is Personal Data?

How do we Collect Your Personal Information?
Personal information such as name, email, usernames are collected during account creation and in events of users using our contact forms, live chat support or entering any promotional event via entry forms.
You will be able to browse our web sites anonymously unless you have previously indicated that you wish Forza Security to remember your login identification and/or password. In some circumstances, we may request you to provide personal data. Your response to such a request is strictly voluntary. What kind of information we collect?
Personal details such as Name, email, username, are required for creating account on our sites. Other information such as billing address, home address, VAT ID or phone numbers are optional and limited for generating automated invoices only or for maintaining statistics of interest. All personal information can be easily updated by users themselves by logging into user panel. IP used for logging into our sites are also recorded.
Information collected by 3rd party service providers
From time to time we employ 3rd parties to provide various services to our site users. For example mail chimp, acymailing for communicating with our users. Anonymized data is collected by analytics services such as google analytics

Email: With your permission, FSSL, and related companies will send your communications, including informative emails/newsletters about products and services. These communications provide you with special offers that may be of interest to you. FSSL, and related companies employs a third-party program of outbound email technology to send email from our servers and does not collect information about you but does collect requests to unsubscribe.
Site Functionality
Cookies: A "cookie" is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. For instance, by setting a cookie on our site, you would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. You may still use our site if you reject the cookie. Securing Your Information

Forza Security web sites do not target, and are not intended to attract, children under the age of 13. Forza Security does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 or send requests to children for personal data.
Updating information, Correcting and Deleting Your Personal Data
Forza Security wants to ensure that any personal data you provide remains accurate. If you have changes to your personal data, you can review and update your personal data after logging onto the web site with your user name and password. You can correct errors in your personal data by sending us a request and pointing out the error. To protect your privacy and secure your personal data, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making the corrections.
For deletion of account, you can proceed to the GDPR section and submit a request for deletion. Such requests will be processed within 72 hours. How long is personal information stored?
FSSL does not retain data longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws or regulations. Transactional information (purchase record) is stored permanently for legal, audit and tax purposes. When a delete request is made and approved, FSSL would remove all personal information from its sites, 3rd party services, newsletters or chat systems.
